Cookie Policy

Last updated 24 May 2026
Effective date 24 May 2026
Version 1.0
Translation provided for convenience. The Italian version prevails in case of conflict.

This Cookie Policy describes the categories of cookies and similar technologies used on the website linkly.events (the "Site"), under art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 101/2018), the Italian DPA Decision no. 231 of 10 June 2021 ("Cookie Guidelines") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user's terminal, where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same sites on subsequent visits. They are classified as:

  • Technical cookies: necessary for the site to function or to provide services requested by the user. No prior consent is required.
  • Profiling cookies: aimed at creating user profiles to send targeted advertising messages. Prior consent is required.
  • Analytical cookies: used to collect aggregated information on site use. Consent is required if they are third-party or allow identification of the user.

2. Use of cookies on this Site

The Site uses exclusively technical cookies and equivalent technologies strictly necessary for its operation. No profiling cookies, advertising cookies, third-party analytical cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or equivalent technologies requiring prior consent are used.

Therefore, no cookie banner is shown: this Cookie Policy fulfils the information obligation under art. 122 Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

3. Inventory of cookies and technologies used

3.1 Technical session cookies

NamePurposeDurationType
No session cookies The Site is static and does not use session cookies n/a n/a

3.2 Local Storage / Session Storage

The browser may save in localStorage or sessionStorage some technical preferences (example: state of an open accordion, partial answers from the ROI calculator so they are not lost on refresh). This data:

  • remains exclusively on the user's device
  • is not transmitted to SORAIA's or third parties' servers
  • can be deleted by the user at any time via the browser's settings

3.3 Services loaded from third parties

The Site loads some static resources from third-party CDNs that may involve the transmission of technical data (in particular the IP address) to their servers:

ServicePurposeCookies?Data transmitted
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) Loading Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts No IP, user agent, referer (on page load)

Google Fonts is a CDN that does not set cookies and does not use persistent identifiers for profiling. However, sending the IP address to US servers (Google LLC) constitutes a non-EU transfer, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework to which Google adheres. To avoid this transfer, the user can block the loading of external resources via browser extensions or network settings.

3.4 Future technical cookies (potential)

Should the Site in the future introduce:

  • a privacy-friendly analytics platform without cookies (e.g. Plausible, Umami)
  • a backend form with session tokens
  • other technical services that set cookies

this Cookie Policy will be updated with the full inventory before activation, and a consent banner will be introduced if required by the regulations.

4. Third-party services integrated into the Site

4.1 Links to external AI platforms

The Site contains "Explore with AI" buttons that redirect the user to external platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) with a pre-populated prompt that includes the URL of the source page and the title. By clicking such buttons, the user leaves the Site: subsequent interactions are governed by the privacy policies of the respective services:

4.2 Links to demo-booking platforms

The /demo page contains a form that, in its current version, uses the operating-system native mailto: mechanism (opens the default email client). No data is transmitted to SORAIA servers at this stage: the data arrives by email at linkly@soraia.io only after manual sending.

5. Management and disabling

The user may, at any time:

  • view the list of cookies installed in their browser and delete them
  • configure the browser to refuse cookies (this may cause malfunctioning of sites that use them)
  • use private / incognito browsing mode

Instructions for the main browsers:

6. Consent (not required)

As stated in section 2, the Site does not use cookies or technologies that require prior consent from the user under Italian and European cookie law. Therefore, no consent banner is presented and no acceptance/refusal state is stored.

Should the situation change (e.g. integration of analytics tools requiring consent), this Cookie Policy will be updated and a consent banner compliant with the Italian DPA Cookie Guidelines no. 231/2021 will be presented.
