How does it work in practice?
At the trade fair booth, the customer's sales team scans business cards, event badges or QR codes via the Linkly app. From there the workflow is automatic: the Capture Agent digitises the contact, the Enrichment Agent pulls additional data from 25+ sources, the Qualification Agent applies the configured qualification questions, the Activation Agent sends the lead into the company CRM, the Outreach Agent ships a personalised email to the prospect from the customer's company domain, the Analytics Agent produces the post-event executive report. The human Linkly consultant configures everything pre-event and supervises during.
Which CRMs integrate with Linkly?
Any commercial system can be integrated: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Italian ERPs (TeamSystem, Zucchetti), custom or proprietary CRMs. Integration happens via direct CRM API, middleware (Make, Zapier) or a custom connector built during onboarding. Included in the price.
Where is the data hosted?
All core data is processed on infrastructure within the European Economic Area. Linkly is GDPR compliant. The DPA (Data Processing Agreement) art. 28 GDPR is included in the contract. Encryption in transit (TLS) and at-rest on databases. Isolated workspaces per customer (no cross-organisation access).
When was Linkly launched?
Linkly has been in production since 21 May 2026, with 40 Factory (Piacenza, Italy) among the early clients who trusted us. The early adopter offer is valid for 2026. The product is under active development, with new integrations released progressively.
